Weddings are hell…
After a month of planning not one, but two, demonic weddings, all Faith Bettincourt—the youngest Crown Princess of Hell—wants is to spend some quality time with her angelic boyfriend, Matt. But when a ghost from Matt’s past walks through Faith’s apartment door, her preoccupation with the weddings from Hell is all that’s keeping her from turning his ex, in all her devious angelic glory, into a down throw pillow.
Which is about when Matt’s zealous mother declares war on Faith’s family.
Now Faith will stop at nothing to stop the craziness and make sure the impending nuptials go off without a hitch. All she’s got to do is rescue one of the grooms and go up against an army of so-called do-gooders, and everything will go back to normal. Or as normal as it can be where the Devil's spawn is concerned. With any luck, she might just be able to resuscitate her love life while she's at it.

Uh-oh, Draaaama Bomb! (4 stars)
As if weddings weren't stressful enough, the Devil's daughter has a case of the exes. When her own ex comes tumbling back into Faith's life fresh from a mind-wipe she has to confront her lingering emotional ties to a guy she once wanted to spend her life with. Meanwhile, her angelic boyfriend Matt's ex-fiance comes begging for his help escaping from his family. Complicating it all is Matt's crazy mother and her war on Faith's family. A kidnapped groom, imps and sprites, and even a sprinkle of ghostly trouble make for one Hell of a drama bomb.
DEVIL MAY CARE is significantly more crazy than its predeccessor if you can imagine it. This is a hard review to write because I feel like anything I say will be a spoiler. Keeping that in mind all your favorite characters are back and trying to pull off two weddings. A kidnapped groom, unexpected complications at work, and hideous bridesmaid dresses certainly complicate matters. It starts up and doesn't slow down. I know I won't be the only reader left with their mouth gaping at the dramatic conclusion. If you enjoyed the first book you'll be praying there's not such a long wait for the 3rd book once you've read this.
Some stand-out highlights are meeting Lilith, discovering there is much more to Mal than meets the eye, and some developments where Harold's fate is concerned. Lots of laughs and some seriously tense moments will leave you ready for another ride on the crazy train that is the Speak of the Devil series!
