It's Monday, Get Your TV on!

TV Monday is officially back. I wanted to wait till there were enough shows to make it worth putting the post up. :)

As you can see Monday itself is kicking my butt. Too many shows and always a busy night without TV in the mix. Thank goodness for on demand service. So which of these are on your plate?

I've been devouring Shameless but didn't really think it fit the context of the book blog. It's great fun and so well casted. I tried watching the new season of Face-Off but am a bit meh on it. None of the artists have made an impression on me like a couple of the first season ones did. Now it's the long wait for April's Game of Thrones premiere. I'm just glad The Walking Dead will be back next month! Need me some zombies darnit.

So go ahead and check out this week's schedule, watch the previews, and discuss last week's episodes. You know you need someone to dish to and I do too!

Please be aware that if you're behind there may be unmarked SPOILERS in the comments.

BEING HUMAN
"Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?"
Season 2, Episode 2
Sally wields new powers thanks to new ghost friends; Aidan assists Suren's bid to claim Boston; Josh tries to deal with a change in his relationship with Nora.

Notes: So glad it's back! Missed it so much but I really wish it was on another night of the week. As you can see my Monday nights are a juggling match.

LOST GIRL
"Where There's a Will, There's a Fae"
Season 1, Episode 2
Bo tries to recover gems stolen from a strange collector who offers to pay her with information about her origins.

Notes:  Have you checked out this new show from Canada now being shown on Syfy? First epi was pretty interesting so I'm going to have to keep catching it on demand.

CASTLE
"An Embarrassment of Bitches"
Season 4, Episode 13
A popular reality-TV star becomes a murder suspect when a well-known dog trainer turns up dead.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS

"The Blond Leading the Blind"
Season 2, Episode 17
Spencer and Hanna worry about their boyfriends' safety, fearing "A" sees the boys as targets. Meanwhile, Ezra avoids Aria's phone calls, so she devises a plan to get an answer from him

Notes: I'm a week behind on these since it airs at the same time as Castle. It's hard finding time to catch up in between. Anyone else wishing the Aria/Ezra thing would just be DONE already?

THE LYING GAME
"Black and White and Green All Over"
Season 1, Episode 14
A youth-oriented ball is held at the country club, where Emma feels like an outsider and Ethan does his best to safeguard her. Elsewhere, Laurel and Ted uncover Justin's true motives; and Rebecca and Mads give each other advice.

Notes: I have to admit I've not been keeping up with this one. It lacks something that I can't put my finger on so I get bored and distracted. *doh*

REVENGE
Notes: Revenge is a repeat this week!
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES
Notes:  TVD is not showing again until Feb. 2nd.

THE SECRET CIRCLE
Notes:  TSC is not showing again until Feb. 2nd.

SPARTACUS: VENGEANCE
"Fugitivus"
Season 2, Episode 1
As the leader of the newly freed slaves, Spartacus begins to understand the importance and overwhelming responsibilities of his task. Meanwhile, Claudius Glaber arrives in Capua, compounding Spartacus' problems.

Notes: You can watch this episode already on the show's FB page. I watched the first five minutes just to get pumped for the premiere and it's first 3 minutes consisted of nothing but ass-kicking. Not sure about Liam McIntyre yet but at least the show goes on.

ONCE UPON A TIME
"Fruit of the Poisonous Tree"
Season 1, Episode 11
Sidney asks Emma to join his search for evidence that will reveal the extent of Regina's corruption to the people of Storybrooke; and Mary Margaret and David continue their secret meetings. In the fairy-tale world, King Leopold is granted three wishes by a genie, but must be careful to use them wisely.
