RhiReading Feature: Weekend Reading [03/19-03/21]

That's it! I'm not even going to pretend I'll have time for reading this weekend. Pbbt! :P

Maybe if I do that I will actually get some reading done?

I pride myself on NOT being one of those moms who's kids are in six different sports and groups. There is absolutely no reason in my mind that I should run my kids ragged going from activity to activity to activity every single day of the week. We usually pick a couple of smaller ones every year and call it good. We are all much happier when we can be spontaneous and go rent DVDs on a Thursday night or have breakfast for dinner. Alas, my stepkid lives with her mom and they do things a bit differently. Sooo I'll be out of town tomorrow! Gotta love living in one of the largest and yet least populated states. Any time your kid is in an sporting competition you get to spend at least an hour and a half driving to where it's happening.

But what am I working on this weekend? I picked up a copy of the Twilight graphic novel last night so I think I'll work on that one in the car since regular reading makes me carsick. As far as other reading I'm just going to put The Mammoth Book of Irish Romance on hold until Monday and concentrate on Radiant Shadows and Thorn Queen. Speaking of Thorn Queen... wow. Richelle Mead knows how to bring the steamy! And considering that's kind of literal there I feel silly for saying it.

Now that faerie month is getting close to ending I'm kind of sad. I really have enjoyed everything I've read for it so far. That said... what other faerie books have all you readers out there enjoyed?
